Kosciusko Connect is proud to offer the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to qualifying current and new fiber internet customers. ACP is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that helps eligible households to afford fast and reliable internet for work, school, healthcare and more.

Through the Affordable Connectivity Program, qualifying customers can receive a $30.00 monthly discount on Internet service.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is non-transferable and limited to one monthly internet discount per household. This includes any individual or group of individuals who are living together at the same address and share income and expenses.

The ACP is a federal government benefit program operated by the FCC and, if it ends, or when a household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to Kosciusko Connect’s regular rates, terms and conditions.

Do I Qualify?

To qualify, your annual income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or you must certify that you or someone in your household receives benefits from:

  • Lifeline Assistance Program
  • Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
  • Head Start
  • National School Lunch or Breakfast Program
  • Federal Pell Grant
  • Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)

How Do I Apply?

To determine if you qualify and apply for the program, visit the Affordable Connectivity Program Website. Once you determine if you are eligible to receive the ACP discount and have applied on the ACP website, please call us at 574-269-0327. Kosciusko Connect is not automatically notified of your application status.
