Homes On Parade Returns to Inspire

Kosciusko Connect is proud to be a sponsor of the 2023 Homes on Parade, presented by The Builders Association of North Central Indiana September 22-24. Seven new construction homes in Kosciusko and Fulton counties will be featured during this annual event. It is a great opportunity to inspire new ideas and offer practical and innovative home solutions.

These incredible homes will be open for viewing on the following schedule:

September 22: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

September 23: Noon – 8:00 p.m.

September 24: Noon – 6:00 p.m.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at each parade home, Martin’s Super Markets locations in Warsaw and Plymouth, and online at https://www.buildnci.com/events/homes-on-parade/

One ticket provides entry into all seven homes. Veterans, active-duty military, and children under 12 are admitted free.

This year’s Homes on Parade builders and home locations are:

• Milestone Construction, 11628 N. Ogden Point Road, Syracuse
• Coplen Construction, 8213 Rosella St., Syracuse

Homes on Parade visitors are invited to tour all seven homes and vote for their favorite. One visitor will win a Louisiana Grills LG800E2 800 Elite Pellet Grill valued at $1,000.
