Haley Donahue - Customer Engagement Specialist

 

Q: Please tell us about your role at Kosciusko Connect. What does a typical day look like for you?

 

A: I am the Kosciusko Connect Customer Engagement Specialist. Every day is not the same for me. I bounce between several roles here at Kosciusko Connect ranging from marketing (my fave), sales, customer service, and some technical support. Being in a role with a lot of variety can be very fun at times. I come in and get to see all aspects of the business and get to be a helpful hand in making sure the customer (either business or residential) gets taken care of.

 

Q: Could you share some highlights of your educational and/or career journey and what led you to become a part of our team?

 

A: Some highlights are I am going to school for Business Management, and I am hopeful to continue to help Kosciusko Connect grow. I have been here for three years and have seen Kosciusko Connect blossom into what it is today. It has been great to see it turn into what it is today.

 

Q: Kosciusko Connect has rapidly connected over 8,000 subscribers to its fiber internet network since its launch in 2021. What aspects of this growth have been most exciting for you?

 

A: The most exciting aspect of growth since launching Kosciusko Connect is seeing it change people’s lives. Not only are we local and have the relationships that KREMC already built, but we are providing a service that is unlike any other. Kosciusko Connect is more reliable, cost-effective, and we all live in the same county we service. I grew up here in Kosciusko County on County Farm Road. I remember my mom going back to school and being frustrated with the internet service we had back in 2011. We are shaping the technology in rural Kosciusko County and that is so exciting.

 

Q: In your opinion, what sets Kosciusko Connect apart from other internet providers?

 

A: Like I stated above, we are reliable, cheaper, but the best part, in my opinion, is that we are local and don’t pull the same marketing schemes that the competition does. What you see on our website is exactly what you get. Symmetrical speeds, unlimited data, tech support, and customer service sitting right here in Warsaw, IN.     

                             

Q: Outside of work, what are some of your interests or hobbies? Any fun facts about you that our subscribers might find surprising?

 

A: I attend school at Grace College and will graduate this December. I am also a part of some wonderful organizations in the community – the Christian Motorcyclist Association and Altrusa International. I have two beautiful children and an amazing husband. We live less than three miles away from the office and I have, hands down, the best commute in the building. I am the Youth Ministry Coordinator at Living Hope Ministries (Shout out Crew 2:22) and help the church with all things marketing.
