A: I am a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher here at Kosciusko Connect. My typical day looks like helping customers who call, email, or come in the office with questions about our fiber internet service. I also help manage our technicians’ schedules in the dispatch world and help to coordinate requests for the assistance programs that we offer.
A: I have worked in the customer service industry for nine years and counting. People are a passion of mine. I strive to be a helpful hand, listening ear, and empathic heart for those who I speak with daily.
A: I love hearing how excited customers are to get our fiber-optic internet and how thrilled they are with the growth we’ve had. We are helping to make their lives easier and less stressful, which is an amazing opportunity.
A: The fact that we are a fiber-optic network is a given, but I think what really sets us apart is our customer service. All of us truly care about our customers and want to help their lives become easier, plus, we are located right here in Warsaw, Indiana! Most of us have lived here for years, if not our whole lives, and have such a love for this county and community.
A: I’m a blogger in my free time, which is my main hobby. Some of my interests are content creation, photography, and writing of course!
